throughput example - ble.h include file error - Keil 5

In the ble_app_att_mtu_throughput example for the PCA10056 I am getting a "fatal error in the include chain" pointed from the #include "amt.h" line in amts.c. Specifically, it is complaining about the inclusion of ble.h.

Funny thing is it compiles and links

I am really new to the Keil tools and would appreciate any help or direction you might provide.

Thanks, I wonder if Nordic is seeing this error on their example?
