nRF51822 Repeater / Range-Extender

Hello,

is the nRF51822 able to function as repeater or range-extender, repeating BLE signals from explicit two BLE devices (with known addresses)?

I know there are specific devices for this, but i can't find a reason why it shouldn't work.

Yes, this is possible. Take a look at the BLE relay example in the SDK.

Sorry, i mean relay / range-extender without looking into the packets. I need to know if it is possible to repeat any kind of BLE packet (ADV_IND, CONNECT_REQ, ...). It should just retransmit any packet it hears.
