ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1 can't scan any device

HI,

I want to snifer BLE data using nRF51 dongle and ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1.exe,but when I plugin the dongle on my pc,then running ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1.exe ,it can't scan any device(i'm sure there're lots of device nearby),detail as bellow: image description

My PC is window 7/64,also try on a other Windows 10/64 PC. Thanks BR

Have you been able to get it working?

If it's still not working you should check that you are using the correct version of the JLink OB firmware on your device, and that you are using the correct Wireshark version. See this post and this post for more information.
