Do the nRF51 tools work with Windows8?

I just tried setting up on Windows8.1 but can't see the "nRFgo Studio".

I got as far as step 4 on page 9 of "nRF51822 Development Kit User Guide v1.4", but it doesn't look like "nRFgo studio" gets installed by running "nrf51_sdk_v5_2_0_39364.msi"

Is something else supposed to be installed first, or is this a Win8 issue?

    OK, searched Nordic website again and found [nrfgostudio_win-64_1.16.1_installer.msi]. This wasn't listed in the user guide. Anyone have a more accurate or more detailed user guide? I'm concerned what else I'm missing.

    === Solution: Don't follow the AppNotes, Instead follow the documentation included with the latest SDK. Note some things are only included with the .0 version of SDK, so get both SDK6.0 and 6.1 to have all the examples available.

    Had the same issue. When you set up your Nordic account, go to My Page and select My Products. From there, select your Nordic product, (e.g. nRF51822 Development Kit). A whole list of downloads will appear, including the nRFgo Studio tool.
