nrf52832 digital out not working on pins 6-10?

I have a custom circuit with nrf52832 which I am trying to program. All i/o pins seem to be working fine except pins P0.06 - P0.10. I'm testing it with mbed (digitalout). Flipping between high and low has no impact on those lines. All other lines seem to work fine.

Any ideas?

Bad connection possible. P.09 and P.10 are NFC pins by default unless you set the correct bits in the UICR and reset so that might explain those, the rest, no idea. What's the contents of the GPIO DIR register and the PINCNF[6] to PINCNF[10] to ensure you set the pins up correctly?
