Streaming solution for NRF51822 and IOS

I've read through the 'streaming' posts and my need is a little different. I only need about 30 kbps streaming. I've created a service of this but am quite new to BLE and I seems to be limited to about 800 bps right now. I'm running the A/D and sending the data to an IOS device but I'm sure I'm not structuring the service connect correctly. I'm looking for an example of a streaming solution that could guide what I'm doing, or some guidelines for this kind of solutions. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for that. It make it seem possible. Is there any example code that shows how to optimize to hit those rates?

Unfortunately, we do not have an example that shows max throughput by default.

I recover this post because I've been asked about what's the maximum speed transfer my device could reach under BLE. If I've correctly understood, and according to this post (devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../), I could expect at least 8Kbps.

Because this number feels to high according to my experience, my question now is the following: Is there any specific "stream service" in the SoftDevice? Or "stream services" are identical to other slower registers / services? In that case, all I have to do is to optimice the connection parameters in order to improve the connection speed.
