infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp that's Nordic's take on the situation at least
Btw. SEGGER J-Link OB on nRF5x DK boards runs up to 50MHz, that's not bad and perfectly usable for programming jig if you are on budget (they don't have industrial durability but on the other hand they cost 40USD to replace so having few spare to keep the line running can be solution...) For parallel programming and other thricks it's better to go with one of devices presented on RK's link.
SEGGER J-Link OB licensing does not allow using it for production purpose. You can find out more about it on Seeger website.
Where does it say that nRF5x DK JLink OB runs up to 50 MHz? I thought it only runs at maximum 1 MHz. At least my throughput tests with JLink.exe (TestRSpeed command) does not yield any better result above 1 MHz even though it does not complain if you set the speed to 50 MHz. For reference I measure read speeds of about 77 KB/s, if the interface speed was 50 MHz I would guess the speed will be closer to the 3 MB/s speed of the JLink PRO or ULTRA+, correct me if I'm wrong.
According to the SEGGER product page, the J-Link-OB-SAM3U128 (Atmel ATSAM3U2C IC) firmware used on Nordic nRFx DKs, have a interface speed of 3.2 MHz.
