Hi Pavan!

We do not have any spreadsheet comparing all the nRF5 IC's against each other. However, there is pretty much information regarding the subject here on the forum.

Take a look at this answer comparing the nRF52832 and nRF52810, and this answer comparing the nRF52832 and nRF52840. You can also read this blogpost covering new features in the nRF52 from the nRF51.

In addition to all the information here on the forum, all the differences and specifications is stated in the product specifications (nRF51422, nRF51822, nRF52810, nRF52832, nRF52840).

Regarding the nRF51802, you'll need to contact the Regional Sales Manager in your region regarding information/the Product Specification for the nRF51802.
