Hid device reconnect PC after delete the bond info

Hi nordic guys,

After the hid device delete the bond info but the PC did not remove it form the bond list,and i want the hid device to reconnect the PC quickly again but the PC do not need to remove the hid device first.Can you help me?I have a hid device which has this fucntion, but i did not know how to do it in my nRF51822 board.Thanks!

Hi Jay,

I don't think there is a way that you can transparently delete the bond information on PC. And there shouldn't be. Think about an attacker if they want to force the PC to delete the original bond information on PC so that your device can't do bonding with its bond information and then need to re-bond, this time the attacker can sniff the bonding process and can sniff the keyboard type. It's not good.
