Few weeeks back we have purchased beacons from chinese manufacturer (Radioland China). He had provided me iBeacons. We bought beacons as we are working on some beacon solution for the retailers where we could send notifications and promos to the end customer.
We developed an Android application to test the beacons provided . We are able to detect the beacons in our app but not able to check if the beacon is in the range or not. It is not giving any information releated to that.
We tried you nrf beacon to set the UUID , Major , Minor so that we may assign our custom data for the beacon .. but the beacons are not displaying in the app whereas it get displayed in our app .
