unable to erase or flash the softdevice in custom board using nRF52DK.

I have used nrfgo studio, nrfjprog, jlink commander. Whenever i try, it is unable to find the jlinkarm.dll. i have checked the registry, reinstalled everything, but same error. Even soldered the pins on the custom board for connection. here is the nrfjprog log file.

How do you connect the custom board to the DK? Have you powered the external board using 3 V source.

I am using the nrf52dk vdd to power the custom board. Also used battery to power the custom board.

How have you connected the debug connections? Which pins on the nRF52DK are going to which pins on the custom board?

gnd connect-->gnd of nrf52dk gnd nrf52dk-->gnd of custom board vtg-->vdd of nrf52 dk vdd--> vdd of custom board sclk-->sclk of custom board swdio-->swdio of custom board

Sounds correct. Please verify the supply voltage and connections using multimeter etc.
