I want to change the mac address of my device from normal mode to random mode, I do not know how this does for nrf52832 (NRF52-dk)

Hello Ahmed, you need to format your own (valid;) 6-byte MAC and use sd_ble_gap_addr_set function (assuming you use Nordic Soft Device as BLE stack, otherwise you would need to either use API of your stack or write directly to registers).
