Development with GCC and Eclipse question

Dearl all,

I want use the eclipse and gcc together to program the board nRF52840 Preview DK. I was following the tutorial devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../.

I followed the step "Import existing Eclipse project to workspace" and appeared the following errors as expected.

I didnt the step "Create a new Eclipse project", because i do not understand their purpose (In my opinion is a little confuse). So i went to the step "Enable auto discovery of symbols, include paths and compiler settings" and after build the project are presented the same errors.

So the procedure presented on this step didnt work. Can anyone explain me what is wrong?

Hi,

Make sure that the build directory is correct, so that the makefile is found. Try to go to 'project settings -> C/C++ Build' and change the 'Build directory' to the absolute path where the makefile is stored.
