Using NRF8001 UART to convert incoming every 5ms bytes to BLE

My external application processor UART, every 5 ms @ 19.2 KBPS transmits a byte to UART RCV of NRF8001, which needs to convert this to BLE and then transmit to a cell phone. Is there a specific example for this situation? How / will this can work?

You haven't mentioned which MCU you are using.

If you are familiar with Arduino, you can follow this tutorial from Adafruit here. The example they use is exactly what you were asking for.
