What is typical data rate during sending advertisements?

I found out answers for calculating data rate during connections, which depends upon connection interval, no of packets allowed in each connection and no of bytes in a single packet.

However, how can I calculate data rate applicable during sending advertisement packets? I suppose the connection parameters do not apply in that case.

Considering a single advertisement packet containing 31 bytes of application data, how long would it take for the device to send it out?

Is the BLE standard 1Mbps data rate followed during advertisements?

Firstly because broadcasting/observing isn't reliable link (you don't know if observer sees it) it's hard to speak about any data throughput. Anyway yes, in BT4.0-4.2 advertisement PDUs use same PHY parameters as connection link PDUs so 1Mbps is on-air speed.
