my remote 3 of the nrf52's kits doesn't appair on bluetooth with windows or ubuntu?

hello I am on 2 projects the nrf51 and the nrf52 , but I met some problems about the bluetooth on ubuntu and windows . Can you help me please ?

    Hi Remy,

    Could you list the step you did to test the Remote 3 ? Have you tried to reflash the board ? Make sure you flash the softdevice before you flash the application.

    To verify that the device is working, you can use a phone to scan for the device (I assume you have Bluetooth 4.x on the phone). You can use nRFConnect app to scan .

    Have you tried to follow the guide here ?
