I am designing the custom board for Automotive application.I considered nrf51824 SOC for automotive application ,is this suitable soc for my application?if yes where i can get the reference schematic?and Antena design guidelines?

Hi,

The nRF51824 have Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2 compliance, and is suitable for Automotive applications. You can find the reference schematics in the Product specifications, and reference layout for QFN48 package and CSP package in the download section.
