Hi, I have used this antenna for my nRF51 layout, but it seems that the device is using very high currents! like in order of 200mA, I just wanted to know if this is because the antenna is a short circuit at DC or I have done something else wrong!

Thanks, I have used the TI app note for their 2.4GHz antenna, also I have seen this design on a kick starter campaign containing the nRF51 parts, so I just give it a go! the design is an F inverted antenna and the feed line of antenna comes from C8 and since antenna has two ends, one of them should be grounded.

I agree with @rogerclark, the inverted F antenna is harder to get right compared to the simpler quarter length antenna used on our nRF 5x DKs.
