can i get a range up to 150 meter ?

Hi,

i'm wondering if there is any IC (for example nRF52832) that can reach a range up to 155 meters available within the Nordic semiconductor catalog ? i know that the Bluetooth range depend on many factors like the PCB design, PCB case... but i mean when the antenna track is well designed and the antenna is tuned in his real environment,

the only option that i know so far that may do this range easily is the nRF52840, but this chip is not available right now, only in a development kit.

'Close to' the limit is the key point. We didn't really have time to test the exact limit at 1Mbps since we ran out of open field for doing the run ;)
