The device breakdown for several times,no matter what you do

Recently,I confronted some particular circumstance that I have never came across. The device programmed used by Jlink and Keil,so I check the address of flash,it showed as follows. image description Then I readed the code used by NRFgo Studio,

image description Obviously,this is the normal circumstance, But the particular kind is the device breakdown suddenly,no matter what you do,for example,reweld the battery,short circuit the DIO pin and GND pin, The results have no effect. As same,I readed the code used by NRFgo Studio, The head of the start code address is

From the picture,I can see that from the address 0x333BC,there are some code what can not be translate so easily.

My question is the same program,what make it? As we all known,the flash address is fixed as the device is programmed.

  • I do not fully understand the question. Are all the reads from the same device, before and after breaking down? Can you try to explain more about what you do, what you expect, and what happens? Also, when does it break down and how?
