Can not discovery device use master control panel!!!

Can not discovery device use master control panel!

It will report an error that show in bellow picture. How to resovle it ?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the master control panel. Did you upgrade the firmware on the dongle?

Which firmware I have to load on the dongle?

Go to File -> Flash Programming. Click Browse to find the hex files. They are usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Control Panel\3.7.1.8567\firmware
