Current during systemoff

Hi, We have an extra current of 1uA while in system off mode(no RAMS). we get ~1.6uA instead of 0.6uA as we read on SPEC. Do you have an idea what may cause the extra 1uA?

We are using "N51822 CEAAB0" chip and running s110 6.0.0 stack with our app. Do you know if that is the reason we are having problems? (old chip + new stack)

We still looking if the peripherals are the problem, If you have any other idea what may cause a current of 1uA in N51822, please share.

This is specified in the product anomaly notice ID 27 in nRF51822-PAN document. Your build code is the higher sleep current one. I don't know what is different in this build though.
