nRF51822-EK Eclipse gets me an "Error in final launch sequence"

I am getting following error: Error in final launch sequence Error executing step execute method: stepInitializeJTAGFinalLaunchSequence java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException Could you please advise me on troublehsooting steps?
