A universal device? BLE populated with nrf51822, ANT populated with nrf51422

Question

We wish to make a universal device that may used
for ANT with the nrf51422 and the 32kHz crystal.
or for BLE with the nrf51822 without the 32kHz crystal. 
 Will there be RF or other problems caused by disconnected XL2 and XL1 to leave short lines.?
When we remove the 32kHz crystal, I assume we should also remove the 12pF caps, to leave short floating lines.
Is this correct?

Hi, 
 The external 32 kHz is optional, and when used it claims gpios P0.27 and P0.26.
If you are not using the external 32 kHz, you can leave these pins unconnected, or use them as a normal GPIO. 
 The BLE stack needs a 32 kHz source, but it can be sourced from either internal RC/synthesized from 16M clock/external 32 kHz.
