error response : Insufficient Authentication

i used RTS service example in nRF5_SDK_13.1.0_7ca7556.

I entered the value in cccd,then i see ATT_ErrorRsp: status=0 oc=0x0012 h=17 err=5.

What's wrong with it and how can i solve the question.
