Device not connecting after DFU OTA

Hi,

I am running the BLE DFU example. I am able to perform the DFU OTA implementation successfully. The problem I am facing is that, once the application has been updated successfully, the device gets disconnected and starts advertising with new name. But when I am trying to connect to it, its disconnecting again and again.

I am using the hrm zip file for updating. The device after updating advertises as Nordic_HRM.But I am not able to connect to it.

Hi Bjorn. I am not able to install the nrfutil v 0.5.2. When I am trying to install using pip, it is directly installing nrfutil v 3.3.0. I delete all other nrfutil related files from the system except the nrfutil v 0.5.2. Still I am not able to install.

Whenever I disconnect the internet, and I try to install the nrfutil v0.5.2 by replacing the "nordicsemi" folder in the the python27\lib\sitepackages, I am getting the followuing error- " Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement nrfutil".
