Programming an nrf52832 board with ST link V2 and keil issue

Hello,

I've been trying to program my nrf52832 board with an st link v2 dongle or an st32 disco board with no luck with eclipse(Didn't find a dedicated tut for using all) and found keil to maybe be the easier alternative. Now started following this tutorial:

but when I use my non J link configured board to program the nrf52 that's what it says:

You typically get this error if you try to program a section of the flash that is not erased. Have you erased the chip before starting programming? What is the RAM/ROM settings under target in Keil options set to?
