No packets in wireshark (for sniffer)

I use nrf51 DK (PCA 10028) like hardware for sniffer. I download sniffer software 1.0.1 and flash the dk with help of nRFgo Studio. I start sniffer.exe and after unplug-plug power of DK i see the list of devices. But after press button 'w' wireshark open, and there are no packages here.

I read the recommendations and therefore I use wireshark V1.10.2. And J-link driver 5.10n.

What could be the problem?

I solved it! When you downgrade jlink drivers, you also need downgrade jlink firmware on J-Link configurator.
