Overview of which facilities each SDK example serves

Hi

I am looking for an example that uses encryption on some services/characteristics. But without using bonding/MITM.

I remember it was possible with SD S110 to use encryption on the characteristics without having to add the device manager. But I cannot find an example for S132 with the latest SDK.

It would be very nice if you have a chart with all the examples, and a column with for each feature. e.g.

• Central/Peripheral/Both
• Enryption/Bonding/MITM
• Peer manager/Device manager
• Record Access Control Point
• Current Time Service
• Battery Service

You may find at least 5 or 10 more relevant features.

We do not have such chart, sorry. But for SDK 14.0.0:

• Central

• Peripheral

• Both

• Almost all examples support Peer Manager, which handles pairing, bonding and encryption. Device manager is obsolete.

• For MITM you can have a look at the Glucose application, it implements passkey entry with legacy pairing.

• Record Access Control Point is part of the Glucose service, also implemented in the Glucose application.

• Current Time server is not implemented in latest SDK, for Current Time client is implemented in Current Time Application.

• Battery service is implemented in for example the Heart Rate Application.
