i am not able to understand Examples and work with BLE Firmware Using Keil

Hello dear sir/madam, i have just started with BLE using nRF52832 DK .but i am not able to understand the examples.and don't know how to make any change.what is the basic starting.i am tottaly stuckto this how it works.

i understood all about BLE theory but i am not able to make or understand firmware example and don't know how i can modify it.

can you please me give me some tricks, or some small codes or some other materials which can help me to understand the examples and i become able to work on nordic ble please help me.

i want to understand how APIs.and ho to use it.and what procedure to work with BLE firmware. what are the basic steps.
