nRF52832 BLE Maximum Throughput

For programming the nrf52832's BLE capabilities the only option that can be used is the s132 soft device right?

According to the latest specification, the maximum throughput that can be achieved is 803 kbps @1Mbps which is the maximum that the nrf52832 can provide right now, or is it a new version that allows BLE at a higher speed? Anyway, the highest throughput is achieved only when the Connection Event Length is extended, when this is done, am I setting a restriction on the receptor side? Can any device capable of BLE receive these messages? or does it need to be another nrf52832 device? or an nRF52 DK?

You can achieve a throughput of ~1,400 kbps with the nRF52832 and S132 v5.0.0 if you run the nRF52 in 2 Mbps data rate mode.

Yes, but in the nRF52832's datasheet says that the BLE on it achieves up to 1Mbps speed and 2Mbps just for nordic's own wireless protocols. Therefore, only 803Kbps are possible!!

In order to achieve the highest throughput, the data length extension and event length extension need to be enabled, I know that another nRF52832 device can accept this, but what about other devices? android phones or other devices? would the communication be possible on this case?
