I currently have 2 redbear nrf51822 nano. I want to connect the UART of the nrf51822 to my arduino uno/nano but i dont know how i should do this. I tried looking for a solution but cant seem to figure it out. Any help is appreciated!

There are UART examples in nRF5 SDK (you should use v12.3.0 if you stay with nRF51). Could you be more specific about what is unclear? You don't know how UART works? Or you don't know how these UART libraries in nRF5 SDK work? What have you tried and where have you stuck? Or is this one of these "I hope you will do all the work for me" requests?;)
Well wired UART (Tx/Rx/GND - optionally CTS/RTS if you want to use HW flow control and both sides support it) has nothing to do with BLE. Just connect the wires properly and you can see simple example in nRF5_SDK_12.3.0_d7731ad\examples\peripheral\uart\
. It uses app_uart
library which makes all the ugly job through HAL/registers for you.
