nrf52 DK not detected in nrfgo studio

Hello,

I'm trying to flash my nrf52 DK but it's not detected by nrfgo studio.

here are the version of the softwares i'm using :

SDK : 14 JLink : 6.20g Command Line tools : 9.7.1 nRFgo Studio : 1.21.2 OS : Windows Server 2016

I already tried different usb cables and differents ports, it does nothing.

The cmd command "nrfjprog" works fine and "nrfjprog --recover" return "ERROR: There is no debugger connected to the PC."
