Server: advertisement-event available?

In server role:

Is there an event that fires after (or before) each advertisement? I would like to use that to alter the local name after each advertisement, in order to get a rolling text.

Here is example how to start getting notifications and how to handle such incoming events. It's quite straight forward: you init the notifications and then you will get two per interval (one before radio event starts and second once it ends).
