Has the dev kit gone through FCC? i.e. can the SoC/antenna design be replicated on a custom board so there are high chances of passing certification tests?

I doubt any DK needs to go through the compliance and certification processes.

Hi,

Our nRF5x-DK is not certified for CE/FCC, since they fall under category of an evaluation / development device in terms of the FCC legal requirements. But, the reference design used on the DK is FCC tested, so if you copy the reference design, you should pass the FCC tests without any problems.
