Application with DFU in 13.0.0-1

Hello,

I realized that different SDK versions have different behavior for DFU. I'd like to add DFU feature into my heart rate application. In nordic infocenter, it's mentioned that "If a valid application is installed on the device, hold Button 4 during startup to prevent the bootloader from starting the application and force it to enter DFU mode instead". But when I program softdevice, bootloader and heart rate application, it just goes to bootloader mode(with DFU) directly no matter if I press button4 or not. Could you please let me know how to combine heart rate application and DFU?
