Which development kit to start learning Bluetooth health sensor profiles?

I'd like to get familiar with implementing a blood pressure and heart rate monitoring Bluetooth device. Which development/evaluation kit is the best to get started with?

I'd like to learn about things like profiles and services. Are these part of the provided embedded Bluetooth stack with the Nordic development kits?

You would use either evaluation kit or development kit to develop blood pressure or heart rate monitoring. You can read about those kits on this page. More discussion on the difference between those kits is on this thread. In the nRF51822 SDK, we have code examples that implement both blood pressure and heart rate profiles.

The stack itself does not implement the profiles. That is done in the application code by adding the services and characteristics that are specified in the profile in question.
