How can i reduce power consumption of BLE with nus service (pca10400,sdk14.0,nrf52832))

Hi,

my application application consist of NUS service, one i2c, one spi and one adc. it consumes around 10-11 mA while its running. its was observed that while only running the nus service it was drawing around 7.1 -7.5 mA. while the hrs example without led indication is only taking less than 1mA(.65mA). i have tried on increasing the connection interval and advertisement interval but its does not make much difference. all i was able reduce was around 0.6- 0. 8 mA. is it possible to reduce the power consumption of the application with nus service ?

Hi, can you please describe your setup for measuring current? 10-11mA is a lot of current. Are you sure the CPU is not running constantly? You have the sd_app_evt_wait() call in the main loop?
