Sample Time vs Accuracy on the SAADC (nRF52832)

Does increasing the sample time on the SAADC increase the accuracy of a single shot measurement on the SAADC? I couldn't find anything in the datasheet regarding accuracy vs sample time. I did see the information regarding the sample time and source resistance.

But assuming the source resistance is very low (under 100ohms), then is it safe to assume a 3µs acquisition will be just as accurate as a 40µs acquisition?

Discussed this with a colleague here at work. It is safe to assume a 3us acquisition will be just as accurate as a 40 us acquisition time (referring to Table 2). Just watch out for these two anomalies: 1 & 2
