nRF connect won't start

Dear friends, As shown in the pic below, my nRF connect won't start. Automatic firmware detection and programming are done. nRF Connect: v2.2.1, board: PCA10040 AND PCA10036( I tried both of them) I am looking forward to your advices. regards.

    Thanks. The PCA10036 is not supported so that may be the reason you can't connect that board.
    However, you should be able to use the PCA10040. I don't have any problems with it myself. Are you able to see the device in the Windows device manager and verify that the PCA10040 is COM7?
