keil flash nrf52 problem

Via nrf go studio I can flash SD and firmware success.

How can flash via Keil?

    I have never seen that error before, but as it occured when updating the Jlink driver, I would say that is the cause. You could try to reinstall nRFGo Studio and the Jlink driver and see if that helps. I also think there is a later version of the Jlink driver available from SEGGER's website (6.20h).
    If that doesn't help, you could try to downgrade to an older version of the driver, i.e 6.18.
