nRF51822 - fail to upload device firmware through BLE bootloader. ( used to be good)

HI,

I am using nRF51822 S130, SDK12.3.0

I created private key for application code and public key for bootloader. Just few days ago, the zip file can upload to the device ( when device in DFU mode ) through nRF toolbox V2.5.0

But somehow start from yesterday, it was not able to upload anymore. Under toolbox, after select Device ( DFUTarg), select Zip File. However, when selected a zip file, it pop up an option screen Select scope

  • All
  • System components
  • Application only

I had try all of these options, non of them work. Once the "upload" pressed, it show "Upload failed : DFU FILE ERROR"

But I am sure I did not see this new pop up menu before after selected a file and I am sure the zip file was try and worked before. Why it become fail now?

using the exact same zip file, if I upload using Nordic development board through USB to upload by nrfutil dfu ble -ic NRF51 -pkg

It work just fine. That mean the zip file do not have any issue.

So I don't know why the upload came from good to bad. Did the nRF toolbox add something make it bad?

Thanks!

Martin
