PPK(Power Profiler Kit) desktop application sometimes won't start

Dear friends, My PPK works unstable. Sometimes it works well, while sometimes it won't start. When it is started from the command line console, the error output is "initialization failed, could not read calibration value". i am looking forward to your advices. Best Regards.

The errors derive from bad connection with the board. You might also have forgotten to close previous instances of the software, causing it to fail since the j-link driver already has a connection with it. Look down to the system tray, by the clock, and see if you notice any green icon indication that J-Link is running. It will never fluctuate like this, so the J-Link connection is either busy or broken
