HRM Central does not see HRM Demo

I have re-targetted the S120 HRM Central to run on the PCA10001 and the only changes necessary were to re-define the LEDs and buttons. It compiles and runs with the following debug messages.

[DM]: Device Addr 0xFF 0xFF 0xFF 0xFF 0xFF 0xFF.
(It does this 6 times, every time with the same Device Type and Address)

I re-targetted the S110 HRM Demo to the PCA10000 and re-defined the LEDs. I accept that, at this stage I cannot change the "heart rate" as the PCA10000 has no buttons. However the PCA10001 doesn't "see" the PCA10000, although the PCA10001 "Scanning" LED is on and the PCA10000 "Advertising" LED flashes I Don't know what to do next!!

I have just Tried to connect to the PCA10000 using the nRF Toolbox on my i-Phone. It initially displays "DEFAULT HRM" at the top of the screen. When I press "CONNECT" the Device List shows one entry - "Nordic_HRM" and when I select it the main screen momentarily shows "Noredic_HRM" before reverting back to "DEFAULT HRM" and no data is displayed.
