DFU example doesn't work. need explain step by step

I try to use ble_dfu_send_hex example.

1. what shoul I do first? via nrf gostudio load SD. correct?

Which SD? from this folder (dfu_test_softdevice_s132) Or usual SD (s132_nrf52_4.0.2_softdevice)

2. what should I do next?

err_code = sd_power_gpregret_set(0, BOOTLOADER_DFU_START);
VERIFY_SUCCESS(err_code);

when try to read in the bootloader:

  if(NRF_POWER->GPREGRET == BOOTLOADER_DFU_START)

result- not writed. ?
