Can I get product key if purchase nRF8001 and nRF51822 chipset only?

Hi! I just ordered nRF51822 and nRF8001 chipset from Digikey, not dev KIT. I want to develop product by ourself based on nRF51822 and nRF8001 chipset so I want to have all resources and materials need to do it. How I get the key to access full resource related to nRF51822 and nRF8001(SDK, reference design...) for developing my product?
