BLE Static PIN

Hello All,

I would like to implement static pin on my sensor. Remember how some Bluetooth Headsets are hardcoded to '0000' I would like to implement '123456' since BLE is 6 digits.

I just could not find a Nordic sample code that shows how this can be accomplished. I don't wish to discuss the flaw of this method, I 'm aware that it can be hacked easily but I would like to implement the PIN anyway.

Our sensor should set a pin number and an Android phone/table will connect to it to gather some data.

Hi,

We do not support static passcode in the current S110. All passcodes will be randomized, and you cannot override this:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../pincode

OK, Thanks! Then I'll move to plan B. Do you know how I can make Android use OOB during pairing? Or do you know if I can change Android to "keyboard only"? if so I could set Android with a known pin programmatically and nRf with a matching pin. Thanks,
