SDK Lightswitch Demo

I was reading through the documentation and it mentions you need;

  • One PCA10028 or PCA10040 development board for the client.
  • Three development boards or dongles (PCA10028, PCA10031, or PCA10040) for the servers.

I have nRF52840 that has PCA10056, but for the demo is listed for nRF5 chips, which is compatable with mine right? My project is to get two of my boards to communicate with each other and display the distance between each other using Bluetooth 5. I am new to using this board and any help would be appreciated!!!

UPDATE -I got the LightSwitch Demo to upload! But the next part I am struggling with is in order to debug and run the demo I need to have all 4 chips plugged in to debug them and run right? And I am sorry if I am asking stupid questions! This is all new to me!

  • I saw this demo, LINK I saw this demo,link text and assumed this could be calculated somehow, but I am not sure how it's implemented. I got the LightSwitch demo to upload to my board just to see if I can get the two boards to communicate. But I need to also see about getting distances between two chips someway.
