CMSIS does not work with SES 3.30

I have recently installed Segger Embedded Studio (v3.30) and have installed the CMSIS package (v4.5 I think) and have modified the tools.xml as demonstrated in the Nordic installation guide. BUT the CMSIS Wizard does not seem to run from within SES. ( I have rebooted and retried several times. ) I am using the generic UART example from Nordic. If I run the CMSIS config wizard as a command line, it seems to work fine. Is there some config required for SES? Thanks, Wayne

Which SDK are you using?
From SDK v.14.1.0 most of the settings for the CMSIS CW, is already added in the SDK, and the only thing that needs to be done, is to edit the tools.xml file.

I suggest that you take a look at our youtube-video.
This explains how to set up and use the CMSIS Configuration Wizard in SEGGER Embedded Studio.

I have the same issue. Running from command line works but after following the process shown in the support YouTube video and then I right slick on the config file I don't see CMSIS tool as an option...

I' m using Win10 and 64 bit Java download.

I tried both the options for my Java environment, meaning I can select either 64 or 32 bit modes using the check boxes.

Another different related problem is when I get CMSIS to open from the command line it does not display correctly on my high resolution display. The text is compressed and hardly legible.

That sounds strange, I've had no problems using the CMSIS configuration wizard with SES 3.30 and Win10.

Could you please post a screenshot of how your tools.xml file looks like?
