i bought the thingy but i did'nt think about the jlink ..

you can add me to the advent calendar ;-> for a nRF52 DK because we have a limited account.

We started a project after a startup weekend but now we need to increase capacity of our project: initialy based on a beacon, we will extend it and adapt functions with the thingy functions (already ordered).

do you have an example of use of firmware compilation using eclipse and debug with jlink on the thingy ?

Hi Christophe. What is the time frame of this project? The reason I ask is because segger embedded studio support should arrive for the Thingy:52 FW soon! There is currently a segger embedded studio (i.e. ses) folder in the latest Thingy FW, but this doesn't work yet. SES is free for all Nordic SDK users, even for commercial projects! If you can wait a bit, I would use SES to program the Thingy FW in the future.

For now, it is definitely possible to use eclipse and debug with j-link. If you download the latest Thingy:52 FW (v2.1.0), you should see the armgcc folder under /project/pca20020_s132/armgcc. There is also a good tutorial on eclipse programming with gcc.
